LESSONS LEARNED

What this experience taught me

Managing both technical architecture and client relationships requires clear communication of trade-offs. Monorepo structures provide excellent code sharing but require disciplined dependency management. Building a component library early in the project lifecycle pays compounding returns as features accumulate.
