CHALLENGE

The problem we solved

The marketing site needed to balance visual creativity with performance. Design stakeholders wanted rich animations and interactions, while engineering required fast load times and maintainable code. Integration with Sitecore CMS meant content editors needed independence from the engineering team.

SOLUTION

How we approached it

Built a modular component architecture in Sitecore that gave content editors flexibility while maintaining design consistency. Implemented performance budgets and optimized Core Web Vitals through code splitting, image optimization, and critical CSS. Created reusable layout components that enabled rapid landing page creation without custom development.

OUTCOMES
